Lion's Head Sunset
A few friends from work and I took a leisurely hike up Lion's Head to view the sunset. While I'd hiked the peak before at sunrise, I was enthusiastic to see the view during a different time of day. Plus, I'm simply addicted to this landscape. Along the way up we found a teeny backpack-sized cave which made for some comical photographs, but we continued up the way through the metal chains and staples. One of these days I'll try to find Wally's Cave and some of the other local secrets on this magnificant mountain.
At the summit, we were rewarded with one of the most spectacular sunsets I've ever seen.
